I am a passionated and experienced teacher for all ages and abilities.

 

I am based in central Birmingham and I am able to travel to your house as well as teaching at my studio.

 

The main focus of my teaching lies on the physiology of playing the flute. Many people tend to fit their body in a unnatural way around the instrument. I try to encourage every student to find a system that brings together the way our body is build and the physics of the flute.

I am convinced that this is the only way to really let the flute sing and for getting all the tools for great music making.
